Spring Time is here! Thank you to the March hostesses, board members and volunteers who setup and decorated the meeting room. Everything looked wonderful!
Lots was discussed at the March meeting. From the Minutes and Treasurer’s Report to fields trips, upcoming plant sale and next year’s member dues.
Mary Barnes began collecting stuffed animal for the children at the Woman’s Shelters. What a great start! Thank you to all the members who donated.
March speaker Katherine Ashby spoke on the topic of Feng Shui for Indoors and Outdoors, and how it can maximize the health, wealth and happiness benefits of your home, however grand or humble it may be.
A big THANK YOU to these ladies who stayed after the meeting to help make the beautiful floral arrangements for local hospice patients. They LOVED them! If you haven’t participated, please consider doing so at the next meeting. Much appreciated.

- Saturday, March 29– Plant sale – Come and enjoy! (cash & checks accepted)
- Monday, April 14– Tour of member’s gardens with lunch to follow at Adriatic Café
- Field Trips– Details will be presented to all members via EVITE. Keep an eye out!
- Tuesday, March 25– Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin
- Wednesday, April 16– Florescence in Houston
- Membership – Renewal deadline is Monday, May 12
