Ready for “cooler” gardening? Horticulturist Linda Gay’s “Cool Weather Color” program includes annuals, perennials, bulbs, and the transition between hot and cool temperatures.

Come any time after 8 am to help set up the room for the meeting starting at 9:15 am; social time is at 9 am. Turn left around the building and follow The Woodlands Garden Club signs. There is parking near the meeting room entrance. Do NOT enter at the main building. RSVP is required to allow for room set-up and luncheon preparation. Attendance is limited and if you are not on the RSVP list you will not be permitted to enter; no guests at this time. We hope you are well, but if you don’t feel well, please stay home.

Bring your checkbook to buy TWGC t-shirts and sweat shirts, a personalized tote bag, and/or an apron (for our public appearances). If you are volunteering at the Houston Federation of Garden Clubs Christmas Gala on December 10, you need to purchase a $35 ticket.
Diane Milano Wedgeworth will present a plant study on the showy Candlestick Bush (senna alata).

Mary will be collecting for the women’s shelter, animal shelter, and Interfaith. She will also distribute bags to fill with Christmas gifts for the women’s shelter. Betty will be collecting for the Shenandoah food drive, our way of saying thanks for their gracious hospitality in hosting our meetings at the municipal complex. Friendly reminder: do not bring expired items.
