Master Gardener and Master Naturalist Tricia Bradbury presented an informative program about gardening indoors including the best plants to improve air quality and toxic plants for pets.
A festive room and delicious luncheon awaited the attendees.
We voted in a new slate of officers for the 2022-23 club year: Bitsey Crismon, President; Katherine Plenger, Vice President; Marie Holguin, Secretary; and Sharon Podolski, Treasurer.
Pam Stephenson presented the horticulture program about tomatoes, Donna Marie Thornton announced a fun field trip to Craftex in Houston, and Sabrina modeled TWGC embroidered shirts.
The meeting concluded with a drawing for a gorgeous begonia, garden tools and decorative items, and Detlev distributed wildflower seed packages and kalanchoe plants from his garden.
