Fourteen Woodlands Garden Club members gathered at Sharon’s for a fun workshop to decorate Christmas ornaments with dried flowers and greens from their gardens. There are 51 really pretty ornaments on the drying rack waiting for our Arts & Crafts Fundraiser at The Woodlands Wildflower Festival on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Rob Fleming Park.
The art of pressing flowers dates back thousands of years to the Greeks and Romans. By the late 1800s, it became a favorite pastime in England and the United States.
